Something real
on your table.

High Rollers opened its doors on North Main Street with a simple conviction: that a community deserves bread made slowly, pastries made daily, and groceries chosen with care.

We start every morning before dawn. Our sourdough ferments for 48 hours. Our croissants are folded by hand. Every loaf, every roll, every batch carries the weight of someone who actually cares whether it's good.

Located in the heart of Wheaton, we're not a chain. We're your neighbors. Come say hello.

— The High Rollers Team

From Our Oven

Every item is made fresh each morning. When it's gone, it's gone—until tomorrow.

Golden sourdough boule with flour dusting

Country Sourdough

48-hour fermented. Crusty exterior, open crumb, tangy depth. Our signature loaf.

Buttery flaky croissants on a marble surface

Butter Croissants

Seven layers of French butter, hand-folded. Shatters when you break it open.

Assorted pastries in a rustic paper box

Daily Pastries

Danishes, pain au chocolat, cinnamon rolls—rotating with the seasons and our mood.

Glossy brioche loaves stacked on a wooden board

Brioche & Rolls

Rich, tender, slightly sweet. Perfect for sandwiches or buttered warm from the oven.

Curated pantry items including flour, honey, and oils

Curated Groceries

Local honey, small-batch olive oil, artisan flours, and pantry staples we'd actually use.

How We Do It

Three principles that guide every batch, every day.

Slow by Default

We don't rush fermentation. We don't use improvers. Time is the only ingredient we can't source, so we give it freely. The flavor comes from patience.

Local First

When we can source from a farm, a mill, or a producer within an hour's drive, we do. Your bread should taste like this place.

Waste Not

We bake to demand, not to inventory. Stale bread becomes croutons. Day-old loaves become breadcrumbs. Nothing leaves our kitchen unused.
